Juan Bosco Obrero is a spacious center and program with a faculty of more than 100 trainers who serve, free of charge, more than seven thousand students in three shifts per week, thanks to a cooperative agreement with the Colombian National Apprenticeship Service (SENA) as well as the support of businesses and friends, foreign and domestic, of people of all social strata, from the richest to the poorest, from small business managers to multinational conglomerates, from humble homemakers to powerful people and government officials, people from all nations, such as the United States, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and even Kazakhstan. Through all of these, JBO reconsolidates and extends itself each day, because the needs are so immense.
In addition, through agreements with the Colombian government, JBO annually provides training and resocialization to more than YY ex-guerrillas who have returned to good standing before the law and to more than XX families displaced by guerrilla warfare and drug trafficking.
